These prices are valid from October 1st 2009 until September 30th 2010

Villa Rates:

• All quoted room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise.
• All rates are including 21% tax, service and breakfast.
• There will be high season surcharge during July, August and 20 December - 10 January.
• Day Use: 50% from rate and until 06.00 PM

Villa Occupancy:

• For children between the ages of 2 –12 occupying the same room as their parents and extra charge of EU5.00 per child will be added.
• The 1 bed + childs and the 2 bed/1 bath will be charged as the 1 bedroom if occupied by only 2 people.
• Check out time is 12 midday.

To Confirm The Booking:

All confirmed booking will need a deposit to hold the reservation.  This can be a PayPal deposit or credit card details.

Payment Procedures:

• Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged if there is any cancellation.
• All payment by credit card will be converted into local currency using the exchange rate on the date billing.
• A 3.0% credit card fee will be applied for credit card payment.
• We do accept cash in US Dollars/Australian Dollar and Euro.
• Payment of accommodation must be paid on arrival at the resort.

Cancellation Booking:

The basic cancellation policies when using our services are as below:

• During Normal Season
  One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
• During July, August, Dec - January
  One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
• Deposits cannot be refunded for cancellations 2 weeks or under from the date of the booking.
