Villa Rates:
- All quoted room rates are per room per night, unless specified otherwise.
- All rates are including 21% tax, service and breakfast.
- There will be high season surcharge during July, August and 20 December - 10 January.
- Day Use: 50% from rate and until 06.00 PM
Villa Occupancy:
- One Bedroom means one villa with one big bed or twin beds valid for two adults.
- Two Bedroom means one villa with two bedrooms/two bathrooms valid for four adults.
- For children between the ages of 2 –12 occupying the same room as their parents and extra charge of $5 per child will be added.
- Check out time is 12 midday.
To Confirm The Booking:
All confirmed booking shall be guaranteed with your valid credit card details.
- Credit card number
- Card holder name
- Expiration date
- Bank name of the card
- Passport number
Payment Procedures:
- Your credit card is used to guarantee the reservation and will only be charged if there is any cancellation.
- All payment by credit card will be converted into local currency using the exchange rate on the date billing.
- A 3.0% credit card fee will be applied for credit card payment.
- We do accept cash in US Dollars/Australian Dollar and Euro.
Cancellation Booking:
The basic cancellation policies when using our services are as below:
- During Normal Season
One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 14 days prior to the arrival date.
- During July, August, Dec - January
One night room charge will be applied for any cancellation within 30 days prior to the arrival date.
